Operatively speaking, the process to get the Landscaping Project starts with an initial information interchange between clients and us (exchanging ideas, studying details as designs requirements, vegetable species photos, foreseen budgets, desired plants, irrigation/illumination necessities, etc.) together with plants' nurseries visits with the clients to decide elements and solutions for the future garden. This interchange will model what we denominate the "Landscape Preliminary Proposal, which will describe information of the chosen design and its works, as kind, quality and sizes of vegetable species to be used, plantation density, placement and design of flower and bushes beds, blooming and foliage colours, design style and global composition of the future garden.

This Landscape Preliminary Proposal is acompanied by:

• On-site study of actual situation of the future garden, every plot/surtace measurements and its plan delineation needed to get a landscape preiminary proposal well calculated.
• Time for plant's nurseries joint visits, in case is requested by you.
• Landscape floorplans, including details for garden shape (limits between lawn areas and flower beds, ground treatments, etc., exemplary and tree species, Structural and filling bushes and irrigation/illumination systems explanatory plans.
• Photos of proposed vegetable species and other proposed solutions (pebbles, railroad sleepers, stairs, etc.).
• Execution quotation for all designed and studied works shown on Preliminary
Proposal, presented in an item by item quotation.

 

Then, based on the changes requested by you to the Landscape Preliminary Proposal during its presentation meeting or later (to let you take decisions about designs or quotations), we deliver the Landscape Execution Project. In this stage we compile all the obtained information (as final vegetable species to be used, its presentation characteristics and all the materials to be used in garden and irrigation/illumination) in plans and measurements charts, leaving records of the final approved designs and its fine-points; with the objectives of not only restricting the budgeting process from different contractors (to be selected by the client or together) within reliable and mathematics parameters according real necessities to judge the gotten budgets under comparable condition, but also to specifically describe the technical conditions for a plenty management and execution of projected works.

Additionally, though the most important, the Project fixes clear limits to execute the operation following the chosen design line, looking up to quality and quantity for plants, global materials and for every works to be done, avoiding unexpected topics -technical, financial or aesthetical- in the last moments, giving you an efficient tool to control the executed items and its costs.

Together with the documents delivery of the entire Execution Project, our service includes on this stage the global management of the "contractors' budgeting contest" (every needed administration with contractors previous their budget issue, such as delivery and presentation of the Execution Project to them; on-site presentation of works to be budgeted; organization, procurement and check-up of contractor's budgets; etc.).
This contest would generate our presentation to the client of a "Budgets Comparative Board" of the two or three better contractor's alternatives, using our knowledge and experience to check them, mainly in regards to its prices, its vegetable species quality, its warranties and execution capacity of the involved companies in the contest.

The Landscape Execution Project also includes:

• Final shape floorplans (lawn areas, bushes beds, other decided materials -railroad sleepers, garden stairs, pebbles, rocks between plants, river stones, tree bark, etc.).
•Every Floorplans elaboration needed by the process (for client, gardeners, plumbers, etc.), in optimal scales; with specifically sheets corresponding to:

- Exemplary and tree species, structural bushes, minor bushes, groundcover and climbing plants, earth movement and vegetable soil filling methods.
- Irrigation and final exterior illumination system.

- Detailed floorplans for plant boxes and its vegetable soil filling.
• Final Thesis composed by: Global measurements, vegetable species names, projected material quality and quantity specifications (plants heights, trunk diameters, fertilizers, irrigation/illumination elements, etc.).
• Naturally, all our collaboration in the take of decisions, as well as in other aspects that you may consider important to get an efficient Project and a better garden, even when the Project is delivered.
