Works Execution's Management.

This second stage is referred basically in the supervision of the entire constructive activity related with the Landscape Execution Project, protecting its quality, especially taking care regarding the coherence between designed and executed.
Our labour in this stage is concentrated, beyond becoming in the needed informers of what the client wants between different contractors, in the complete provider's control, their materials and works, in quality terms as well as in the efficient to get the objectives (timings and budgets) and in the coordinators between building contractor and garden providers (so important).

In detail, this stage includes the supervision of:

• Global contractor's control.
• Quality of executed works.
• On-site explanations for desired levels and soil movements.
• Vegetable soil preparation.
• Plantation methods.
• Election and reservation of plants in nursery (essential for warranty what the clients pays is what they buys and to select good exemplars from plant storages).
• Plants or others needed materials supply administration (necessity prevision according zones under construction, supply orders elaboration in proper timings, price and quality control).
• On-site presentation and distribution of plants, civil works ranging, flower beds ranging, irrigation elements and spotlights distribution.
• Transplantation or tree extraction supervision.
• Financial and esthetical protection.
• Complete raw material control used in the project execution (plants, sprinklers, timer controllers, spotlights, etc.)
• Conditions of cultivation and construction.
• Contractors planning. Coordinating when each provider starts its works.
• Coordination of activities that the building contractor usually unattended, such as water and electricity underground channelling prevision for garden closed areas, necessity of irrigation timer controller placement and its characteristics (electricity supply prevision, free canalizations needed), machine access, watering pressure group and pumps consultancy, etc.
• Final count of executed works, used plants and used material. Contractors settlements/invoicing revision.
• Daily needed time for an efficient project achievement, providing our human and material equipments for the client's availability.
